DIY Steam Inhalation Sinus Essential Oil Blend

Get quick relief for your sinuses using the combination of Rosemary, Thyme and Peppermint essential oils. A few drops of this Sinus Essential Oil blend added to your vaporizer allows you to breathe and rest well.

Sinus Essential Oil Blend Recipe

Ingredients

Essentials:  Rosemary, Thyme and Peppermint

3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
1 drop Thyme Essential Oil
1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients with water to a vaporizer and place in a spot that allows you to inhale the steam. Be sure to apply the required amount of water per vaporizer instructions.
  2. Repeat as often as necessary.

Quick Tips

I personally like to use the vaporizer at nights for bedtime relief as I go to sleep.

If you do not have access to a vaporizer, any steam inhalation method can be used such as boiling water in a pot.  Remove the hot steaming water from the stove and add essential oils, and inhale the steam for quick relief.  Read also Triple Action DIY Sinus Relief Essential Oil Blend for more tips on quick sinus relief.
