Fight Aching Flu Symptoms with Essential Oils

If you are beginning to feel the shivers, pains and aching flu symptoms, these DIY Essential Oil blend using Tea Tree, Thyme, Lavender, and Eucalyptus will do the trick.

Flu Symptoms Recipes

Ingredients

Essentials:  Tea Tree, Thyme, Lavender and Eucalyptus

Bath

5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
2 drops Thyme Essential Oil
2 drops Lavender Essential Oil

Massage

2 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
2 drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil
1  tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Be sure to keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty water.
  2. Bath: – Add Thyme, Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils to a warm bath and soak in it for about 10-20 minutes.
  3. Massage: Blend Tea Tree, Eucalyptus essential oils together with the vegetable oil in a small glass container.
  4. Use the blended oils to massage your entire body.
  5. Rest for at least 30 minutes or go directly to sleep.

Quick Tips

  1. If you do not have the assistance of someone for a full body massage, do the best you can yourself and you can still reap the benefits from this blend.
  2. Stay hydrated; drink plenty of water.
  3. Keep bowel free.
  4. Get plenty rest.
